Who we are
REACH is formerly known as “Livelihood Advancement Business Schools” (LABS) – a project implemented by Plan International in Vietnam since 2004. In 2008, REACH started operating independently as a nonprofit organization in the field of vocational training and job placement for disadvantaged youth in Vietnam.
